Is there really a question here? If you can't afford a loaf of bread at Safeway does that give you the right to steal it? If you genuinely just happen to stumble across a charter and snap a picture or two without bothering the folks who paid, who cares. But most freeloaders aren't so innocent, they know they are stealing and they are proud of themselves for being so smart.
But like so much of life, you are what you are. And people around you know what you are. So nobody is really fooling anyone.
