ALL that hard. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln how was the play? The first SMART quarter cent sales tax failed in 2006.The 2008 sales tax passed by 69 percent approval when they combined the results of both counties. Marin county's approval was only 62 percent.Currently i don't think voters seem willing to approve a new sales tax extension. SMART is expensive and underutilized.
