UP210 laboratory car east from Oakland

UP8070 is leading two other locos and UP210 “labrotory car” east out of west Oakland. This passenger car creation has solar panels on about 2/3 of the length of the roof.
Then about 15’ of what would be the vista dome on a California zypher car.
Nice view from inside no doubt.
All in UP pax fleet livery, WiFi patch antennas so capable of networking with
other UP pax cars.
Can only guess what data is being gathered.
Resolving PTC issues I hope.
