If the City of Richmond is looking to force the closure of the Levin Terminal just because the terminal loads foreign ships of coal for use elsewhere, then why isn't there any ruckus raised over the use of coal in the production of cement?
If coal is such a bad product, well then perhaps the City of Richmond should ban the sale of concrete in which cement is made with the use of coal.
There are numerous coal laden trains moving on the UPRR that travel thru the City of Richmond, so is the city looking at just picking on the "little guy" and looking the other way when those UPRR coal trains pass thru the City of Richmond?
