BNSF has run that spot for years on the PBS News Hour. Since when are sponsorship promos (commercials) considered “news?”

And yes, while technically correct, BNSF is a bit dubious with its claim.

Disclaimer: NPR and PBS generally do a good job about mentioning disclaimers when then run a story involving one of their sponsors, positive or negative.
