I'm trying to find the rare part.
First, that is Cascade Summit, not Odell (Lake). Now if they were cutting the helpers out at Odell, that really would be rare as that siding hasn't existed for more years than anybody can remember.
(Yes, Odell Lake is off to the right but that is not a railroad location.)
Second, that helper power is not "rare"; it was the Toledo Hauler power and would often be used for helper service on days when the Toledo Hauler didn't run.
So, wake me up when something comes along that really is "rare".
