I wonder how much depends on where the trains meet. If the trains meet south of San Rafael station how long will the arms come down on 2nd and 3rd Sts.? Two cycles of three minutes? Or two shorter periods?

The traffic signals run even longer than the crossing guards and they go red in advance of the crossing signals coming down. That all figures into the traffic issue which is not at all fake despite what the SMART GM had the temerity to claim.

I guess in the Trump Era it's ok to mislead the public and tell bold-faced lies?
