That termination letter would work, as verification of this report better, if it could be opened....
Who are the major creditors?
And, will anyone really attempt to reorganize this mess, or is it more likely, given the circumstance of a forced bankruptcy, that these assets will just be liquidated, and sold off to recover as much as possible for the creditors?
And, what kind of freight traffic base, or income producing tourist operations, do any of these properties have, that are still operating?
Several of those Colorado counties purportedly have big unpaid tax liens, on some of these properties, and there was speculation about them "taking over" those lines and finding a new operator, how realistic is that?
