What's the pay like, for work like that, in the workers paradise?

Hutch is one of those people, I encourage more folks to listen to, as he raises issues, that he may not always have good information on, or maybe attributes causes to things, based on what he's heard, that aren't always accurate, but have some merit. That's probably because, I also kind of share a bit of his "gut" feeling, when I see some of the nonsense going around, as enacted or proposed policy today in CA.

And, I'm not a global warming denier, or particularly fond of the white nationalist, misogynistic, self serving, selfish, greedy, spoiled, whining, amoral, "libertarian" post industrial "neo-feudal" "utopia" that some folks seem to yearn for. But then, I'm also not a follower of folks who pander simplistic idealistic nonsense, to often woefully ignorant, "goop" consuming, pseudoscience spouting, hairshirted, spoiled, self centered, whining, delusional, revolutionary "wannabees", from the other goody fringe, either.

I like CA, but it needs some fixing. All things do. They wear out, get old, we solve one problem, and then there's another. We have some real problems with our society and our planet that need to be fixed, too. But, of course, I like trains. And, I spent a career in this business, part of it trying to do some of that fixing, at least of some of those things with the trains and worn out freeways.

So, if all you can do is insult Hutch, you contribute nothing to any real conversation about any of these things, do you?
