That lack of achieving 125 MPH with 10 cars is disappointing.
Progress Rail hawks that spec in the brochure and Wikipedia quotes them.
Maybe someone ran a proof test and F125 failed.
There were teething pains at metrolink-SoCal who bought 40 units.
But Progress Rail defeated all the problems I believe.
You always want a competitive bidder.
