Charger ran at 138mph with 4 MARC Bi-levels at the AAR Test Center during qualification testing.
EMD could never get qualified to run faster than 90mph at the test center due to stability issues. I believe the Metrolink folks still have this point on their open items list, since they bought a locomotive advertised as being 125mph capable.
Both the EMD and Siemens locomotives use DEF. Both are junk and will never last as long as the F40s or P42s.
