They have my comments. Folks should absolutely comment on what a fiasco this is, and they should send those comments to the members of the legislature, as well. This is meeting CHSRA's public outreach requirements and checking a "box".

It's an annual update of more of the same old line of useless horse crap, in a new package, from the same self serving contractors, running the same scam. Or, just another day, wasting millions and millions of your scarce taxpayer transportation dollars every month, on a project that meets almost none of our real interurban and/or intercity travel needs in CA, at the bloated, gold plated, incompetently mismanaged, taxpayer funded contractor slop trough, at the CHSRA cluster-f#ck.
