eRainbow Interchanges?

Here in the Los Angeles area there are four electric transit rail lines, named, colorfully, blue, green, red, and yellow, which was formerly gold, but with the budget crunch gold is now considered too extravagant. :-)

I know that there is a short interchange track which allows cars on the blue and green lines to move to the other, although this is a rare event.

Is it possible for cars on the blue line to move to the red line, since the two operate very close to each other in underground downtown?

Is it possible for cars on the red line to move to the yellow line, since I believe the two operate very close to each other near Union Station?

Best regards to all.
