Loram Rail Grinder in Tacoma & CEECO Sightings

Driving North on Hwy 509 in Tacoma tonite along the BNSF yard, saw a group of cars that look like the Loram Grinder train. It was dark but it was parked on siding on the west side of the yard and had the flourscent lighting on.

Anyone confirm this is the Loram unit? Where is it working on BNSF?

Also, saw a UP Business Car at CEECO tonite, couldn't see the name on the car. Also looked like they did another paint job on a MRL unit, it was sitting outside but there were no MRL markings on it, just dark blue pain.
