V& T Lyon Replica "Kit" now in Carson City?

Just noted posting on another site that the replica Team engine of the V & T Lyon has arrived at the Nevada RR museum in Carson city on a flatbed truck, apparently donated by the person who was having it created. locomotive in a kit form, probably not all parts done or finished.
Anyone know "the rest of the story?"
