And I assume that meant you were cleared to accelerate to 90 mph past that CP? What the heck do you think you're proving here? The rules would have said you were not to pass the signal, and other rules would have said contact the dispatcher. If there had been such an indication at CP Topanga, you think that allowed Sanchez to throttle up and keep texting? I keep getting the feeling you're trying to rehabilitate Sanchez. Good luck.
