Forget Northbay freight; those quasi-industrial sites are going to be systematically crowded out by housing. Ergo Petaluma is currently planning on cramming apartment blocks right up against Dairymens Feed and Hunt & Behrens feed grain towers.
SMART remains just an irrelevant placeholder for 5'6" and its low patronage numbers and high costs will continue to pose an embarrassment and a ballot weakness for the Party establishment.
