Well, there really ARE boiler manufacturers that know what they are doing.

Just my opinion but, one could blame that whole mess on the management of the Texas State Railroad, at the time.

OK, we have now istablished that you don't like either person. Now what are your qualifications, and just how many steam locomotives have YOU worked on, or overhauled/restored?
