Problem with this site loading messages to view

For the last week or so I've been having problems viewing posted messages on this board.

The problem is when I click on a message and it loads very slow.

If I hit my "refresh" button on my browser, then the page shows immediately.

Anyone else having this problem?

Having a problem now when trying to "post message" also.
