Looking for a rational explanation: We are starting to see "doubles" going by. Usually after dark. Just now, a 3+4+1 went by MP 92.5 at 18:50 on March 5.

1) They seem to leave Auburn after dark or before first light. We never see them during the daylight hours. Usually the one going by at 04:00 is the last of the "doubles" and the one leaving Auburn at last light is the first.
2) The second half always seems to be the longer of the two.

Thoughts and/or reasons?
