After hearing the talking heads on a couple of network evening news shows say something along the lines of "berthings at the Port of LB/LA were down by half", I did some digging.

I found an article that said for the the period January through February volume was half off.

Expect empty import containers to pile up somewhere near you.

Local baretable holding spots near LA on BNSF were already ocupied on Monday (not normal).
