Re: BNSF breaks ground on second Sandpoint bridge

As far as the Spokane River bridge is concerned. Surveying of the site and some core sampling
of ground has been done. Legal notice in local paper indicated enviromental studies taking place. BNSF has been doing fiber optic cabling in the area for signals (so ATCS may go dark soon.)
