There's not a single customer left in Santa Cruz. Besides which, nothing can get from Watsonville to Santa Cruz right now because last I checked, the Army Corp. of Engineering was taking its sweet time fixing the washout, meaning no trains can get to Davenport, and Roaring Camp can't get its new CF7s that have been sitting in Watsonville since June 2018.
