This one-time operation is humanitarian and good. Oakland has plenty of security and isolated docking space used by cargo ships.
This Princess pax ship w/ 3k passengers and 1k crew needs to dock and unload all passengers.
They will all be transported immediately out of Oakland to hospitals or quarintene
Dormitories at military bases.
All kinds of California office of emergency services people are preparing the dock now.
It is all good.
