Yeah, I had this conversation with Henry Waxman's staff about 10 years ago, on what or wasn't "shovel ready", and what "hoops" projects had to go through, and how funding that part of the process was just as important, to get projects "shovel ready". And, this arrogant little 20 something smart a$$ prick staffer, basically asked the "green" weenies who'd hired me, "who brought this "old" guy?"..."bumming us out, like this, with all that stupid stuff about how this actually gets done"... "Doesn't he realize how cool we are?"...
I once had a boss who told me I worried too much about the details.... And, he'd never paid me a higher compliment...
And then, of course, idiot Ahnold cut all of the projects like San Elijo and Perris, and nearly a half a billion more in locally submitted projects, many that we could have had completed by as early as 2012, if we'd have properly funded and pushed up the schedules on the STIP project lists.
And look, some Mouse turds, too... Have you been tested Mouse? Don't want you spreading none of that Hanta virus...do we?
