Fed up...sizes it up real well.

I was hanging with Mike McGinley back in '08, and we was talking and debating back and forth on backing the bond issue or not, and how f##ked up all the work the CAHSRA was, and how most it would have to be redone to actually build a viable system, within the then "public lie" $33 billion price tag.... We'd both retired from our "day jobs" and were puttering around, helping some of the rail advocates, and I was also consulting for some of the "green" weenies...

And, I'll never forget what Mike said to me at that time, "Bob, if you or I had $10 billion dollars to spend on rail projects, we could make California look like Switzerland..."
