Almost always/ always shoot in M or Manual mode. If i screw up the photo then i have no one to blame. I don't trust any of the other options for moving subjects. There is some minimal post processing involved. Im not that good with photoshop. I have seen some big names get rid of some ugly background stuff in there pictures. Im not that good!
