Port of Tacoma ( and maybe the Feds too ??? ) paid for a Genset, which has been rusting to the rails @ Tacoma Rail's shop for several years now. TR only used it for awhile, rarely without another unit MU'ed to it. I'm guessing TR is waiting for the lease to run out so they can be rid of the expensive paperweight.
