I would be interesting if things would change before the contract attempt to reduce crew sizes.

It might be interesting to set limits, ie (1) crew for intermodal trains of less than 22 platforms, (2) crew for all trains under 100 cars, (3) crew for trains up to 150 cars, etc.

This would cause the most efficent user of manpower, and remove the need to extend many sidings to meet the PSR train operational model.

In my opinion, maybe BOB2 could comment
