> Bayshore Cutoff
Water level route via Brisbane and Bayshore to bypass the original SF&SJ route over the hills through Colma.
> Belen Cutoff
Bypass of Raton. I don't do the Santa Fe, so that's all I've got.
> Dotsero Cutoff
D&RG bypass of Tennessee Pass Route including Rollins Pass and later the Moffat Tunnel. The Moffat Route.
> Dumbarton Cut-off
Espee bypass of San Jose for trains to and from SF-East Bay.
> Lucin Cutoff
Part of the Harriman era system wide upgrades on the CP/SP which include the Bayshore, Dumbarton and Natron cutoffs. The Lucin Cutoff includes the Great Salt Lake trestle/causeway bypassing the original CP route over Promontory Summit.
> Natron Cutoff
Espee's bypass of the Siskiyou line via Grass Lake summit, Klamath Falls, Chemult and Oakridge.
> Palmdale Cutoff
Espee's 1967 bypass of the Saugus line (I think) which included the new West Colton Yard that was almost built at Indio.
That's it off the top of my head.
