UP Boise line would seem to fit this. I am not sure how often it saw anything besides Amtrak and local service. Although I did have the good fortune of seeing a grain train detour over it around 1993 or so due to a derailment. They sent the grain train that way because it was in the way of cleanup efforts. Followed it all the way to Telocaset, I remember it well because it had 3 C30-7s in the lashup.
