That Will Do! LETS BACK THE TRUCK UP FOR A BIT.

They never mentioned the rank and file and how they are treated when they want to lay off sick. Nothing about discharging an employee, even if they are sick. Railway Age doesn't touch on any of that.

The carriers figure they have enough money to fight a person and the employee doesn't.

I could go on but why are you worried about what lays in wait for the railroads?

Start at ground level! Until the "Us & Them" attitude is gone for good, and they get rid of the people that do nothing but read tapes, it won't change.

Everyone of the T&E service know this is true. Its too bad for everyone.
