LOL at the price to rehab the line!

Track is north of 3/4ish million dollars...per mile alone! Forget everything else.

Just kicking rocks out of way will cost way more than that! (to start!) Hell,the permits to do the works will cost more!

SDAE has a better chance of clearing their rock first! (LOL)

There is very good reason($) why the yellow borg stopped running over it but don't want to let it go.

PSR is why they have been spinning smoke about a sale (with trackage rights).

Add Covid grief to all this, then the pass "dreams" can be killed for good.
