Train 11 leaves Portland 2:25 PM arrives Eugene 5:03 PM and train 505 leaves Portland 6:05 PM arrives Eugene 8:40 PM. There are seven Thruway schedules leaving Portland starting at 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. If your friend is trying to do a same day Seattle-Eugene and back on a train...it's not gonna happen.
