The train is on the East leg of Keddie Wye, coming off the " Inside Gateway " or WP Highline. Track to the left is the WP 3rd Subdivision mainline from Portola to Oroville. The train is either waiting to be re - crewed, or possibly mid - train helpers being added to or cut out of the train.
