Is The Tracks Used?

There are two (2) active RR crossings that are made into a wye after the single track that heads west-northwest of the RPC yard and for which pass underneath I-580 freeway. The two active RR crossings cross Richmond Parkway just prior to the I-580 freeway. Do either leg of the wye and/or the single track that goes to the RPC yard ever see any train movements and if yes, are the trains of the BNSF or the RPC?
