Good catch.

So if this is what the OP is referring to, it's BNSF's track from their Richmond Yard to just north of the Marina Bay crossing; from there, it's joint track with RPRC until the Stege Wye where it also becomes joint track with UP. It goes passed, but not to, what's apparently being referring to as the "RPC yard," which is actually called the 23rd Street Yard unless somehow its name's been changed. The portion from Marina Bay northward to at least Cutting was traditionally called the "Siberia Lead."
