Bogus Employment Broker

So I'm online and I see this ad at the bottom of the screen where some outfit called "Jobhat" is claiming that Union Pacific is hiring. So I click on it and, thanks to my Internet Protocol number, they know the city where I live, and the Zip code, and they made a claim that "UP has jobs in your city." I knew that was BS because UP doesn't run anywhere near my city. So I looked up the zip codes for Nome, Alaska and Makaweli, Hawaii and plugged it in to their "job finding locator" for Union Pacific jobs. Lo and behold, according to them, there are Union Pacific jobs in both Alaska and Hawaii! It's basically a trolling lure to see if you'll furnish them with your email address so they can send you all sorts of spam.
