I like the Christmas lights tucked in there too. Try on a Saturday if you can. I'm sure more of the homes wil be lit up.

Is the Christmas tree still standing on the "strip" in Skykomish? The only time I was there in the snow, there was a decorated tree beside the tracks near the road from the US2 jct. Forgot my tripod at home and got one horrible WB shot there with the tree. Must be patient, and have a home base closer than me.

Oh and a tripod.
