Bob's a 100% correct, the solution to the immigration problem is to have sufficient employment
in Mexico to negate any need to come north. The Panama issue of locks and depth increase is more
involved than connecting the lakes in Nicaragua and it doesn't take much imagination to determine
that the Chinese will not be deterred by having to throw some bucks at the problem and in the
long term greatly increase their influence in this hemisphere. Hep's right as well, we think way
too much of ourselves and our way of having whatever we need drop from the sky. This may seem to
be off topic for a railroad list but don't be surprised in five years to see the KCS take over the
UP. This whole thing ties together in but a few years of time.
