According to the following website the total weight of the DDA40X is 545,432 lbs. This represents about 68,000 lbs/axle. An SD70M weighs about 407,000 lbs or about 67,000 lbs/axle. SP's U30C's weighed 420,000 lbs or 70,000 lbs/axle.
