$12m or $38m to San Diego improving El Cajon Transit Center. Fine print (the Santee clause) says Santee to El Cajon to convert to a shuttle because of single track.

$23m of $87m to Sacramento to convert Gold Line to low-floor boarding.

$107m of $3.5b (squared) to BART to result in maybe 100 feet of new track in maybe 10 years and some commemorative t-shirts.

$41m of $86m to Muni to pour down a hole.
