Observed variation on temporal scheduling

Two tour vessels passing thru narrow channel; happens to be Montlake cut in Seattle.

The skippers visit ahead of time and agree on schedules.
Neither skipper broke from cruising speed. Passengers enjoyed the experiences. Lots of photos.

(one vessel happened to be steam powered)
