Looks like similar specs as the
Bombardier ALP-45DP that NJ Transit and Montreal got several years ago. 4200 HP diesel, 6700 HP electric on the Northeast Corridor (25KV) wire (both gross including HEP; net HP for traction is less, obviously).
In the US, the NJ transit locomotives are the only overhead-powered dual-modes in service. Long Island RR and Metro-North have older dual-modes that in electric mode operate from 1KV or less DC 3rd rail in the NY terminal areas, at limited speeds.
