Looks like similar specs as the Bombardier ALP-45DP that NJ Transit and Montreal got several years ago. 4200 HP diesel, 6700 HP electric on the Northeast Corridor (25KV) wire (both gross including HEP; net HP for traction is less, obviously).

In the US, the NJ transit locomotives are the only overhead-powered dual-modes in service. Long Island RR and Metro-North have older dual-modes that in electric mode operate from 1KV or less DC 3rd rail in the NY terminal areas, at limited speeds. Sorry, these are still newer than the FL9's that used to work in NY; they're are all gone to scrap or museums.
