Nothing new - Trains is just repeating the press release that has been published before.
The key worry is "overseeing the divestiture of the famed locomotives". If a new owner is found will the steam locomotives still be around? Or is AHR going to sell them off to offset their investment?

Does AHR own the locomotives and other rail equipment or are they owned by a 501c3 non-profit?

Tacoma Rail owns the track, so they may not be pulled up - unless Tacoma Rail decides to abandon them. So I wonder what are the real assets that AHR can sell off?
