That’s a stupid question. If they did they would’ve fixed the line in 2009 when it washed out. Shippers in Morton have facilities to trans load on the main line at Napavine/Winlock cheaper and faster than Tacoma Rail can move the cars. Tacoma Rail currently can’t serve the customers because the city has leased it to Mt. Rainier Railroad.
