Not surprising. FB isn't immune to the Covid economy. Perhaps less so than some due to the nature of its business, but it does need a ton of people to keep things going and move fast and break things. With Work From Home being seen now as a long-term thing, and less traffic, there's less need for an alternative to haul people to the mothership from east of the hills. And EIS's cost a lot of money for something like a bridge across the Bay let alone the rest of the railroad. Oh well...
