I have a vague memory about this in Trains.

Someone noticed one rebellious signal that remained constant lit green after all the others were changed to approach lit and were dark. The writer used that mysteriously lit signal as the center of a memorial piece for David Morgan who had just passed. Would have been mid/late 80’s?
