5-6 is mouse speak for the evil BART system, the master mind of an all powerful vast evil rail conspiracy that is secretly trying to take over the world....

He's probably referring to the current local unrest, which he is swooning over, since it has negatively affected the evil BART, and caused station closures. Mouse has been very turned on lately by all of the bad pandemic news affecting rail and transit service. Finally, after years of his efforts to warn people, some real progress to destroy those evil trains!

Evil Thomas and his deadly evil trains must be stopped! And, only mouse can save us from these dastardly evil trains... Or, at least that is what the voices leaking through his tinfoil hat are telling him...
