You go to the FRA site and look up the state/county option for Sept 2010 (it was 9/9/2010).

This is verbatim from the narrative description:

WESTBOUND MWCJY-09 RAN THRU A RED SIGNAL AND COLLIDED WITH REAR OF TRAIN LOH45-09 THAT WAS SHOVING EASTBOUND ON THE MAIN. EMPLOYEE
PERSONAL INJURIES RESULTED FROM THIS INCIDENT. RAIL = CWR

Equipment damage was reported : 2,040,044
